  1. US should lift all sanctions and propose a peace treaty to end the war. This would stop the suffering of civilians because they're going to make nukes regardless. So after the treaty, the DPRK could stop making nukes in exchange for US and South Korea to stop doing military drills. Then, people like Ju could help facilitate curving and reconciliating the mis information and hatred towards other countries by DPRK training so as to create conditions for the eventual integration of the Korea's as one Korea, no starving, torn apart families, and stress on the brink of nuclear war... but of course, this is "fantasy" in the minds of the great Military Industrial Hegemony that actually believes in sacrificing millions of civilians in Seoul in order to bomb the hell out of the North, in an attempt to expand their influence and create a new great America War against evil. Meanwhile China has been able to expand like a great Empire by simply offering economic projects in mass instead of dropping bombs. Crazy world we live in.
