Cenk's theory looks like an attempt to destroy any attempt at understand that Crimea was a situation caused by the Obama Administration supporting a Neo-Nazi coup in Ukraine which Russia saw as an existential threat. Just the result of the prior Clinton administrations snuffing of the deal forged between the US and former Soviets not to expand NATO further Eastward.
