Step 2 - Apolagize for international sanctions that have starved it's citizens forcing a sovereign state to pick it's right to defense over the hungry of it's people. Step 3 - Let South Korea establish reconciliation measures to integrate agriculture, and civil sector upgrades to help bring the people out of poverty. Step 4 - Withdraw all US forces from the Korean Peninsula. No need for them now that there's a treaty in place and North Korea will likely return the favor by halting it's Nuclear Program at this point seeing the threat of it's destruction less aggressive. Step 5 - Congratulations. you've successfully averted a third World War that would have caused all nations to take up arms against each other like a bunch of mindless barbarians.
