Ansar al-salami Obama is no fool, he's simply slow on some military actions. However, i believe you're wrong. Russia isn't foolish either, Putin understands that history repeats itself, and is hell bent on preventing another retreat, especially from Syria, which is one of Russia's only main ally. His base there is being built to it's fullest potential, and when finished, he plans on being fully integrated into Syria militarily. He's also planned on fully defending any attacks against said base, or the aircraft flying in, and out of it.
Russia used to be the US's ally, that includes supporting it during it's civil war. and during World War 2. NATO was not meant to fight Russia, it was created to stop the USSR and create broader Democratic support. People can join NATO at will. Funnily enough, if Russia wanted to join NATO, it could, all it has to do is meet the requirements. However, yes, like any logistical organization with military backing, if required, NATO would defend itself against any attack, from Russia or any other country that attacks it's members. But it's false to say NATO directly challenges Russia, when in fact that is a blatant lie.

Ansar al-salami NATO exists to ensure that any members who wish to join it are safe guarded by all the members, in case of attack. They are no means a first strike force, unless it's something like Daesh, in which case they band together to cripple the vital infrastructure of said terror groups. NATO also does peace work, but i don't know too much about that part. However, Russia does have it's issues. I doubt the no fly zone will allow Daesh access to their base, as Russia has thousands of marines in the area. Putin does have his wrong's. But i think his aggressive action against Daesh by using ground forces was a correct one, even though it may be helping Assad, i don't really see another alternative yet, given Daesh own more than half of Syria now. But the only way to take out Daesh is total wipe out. You can't do that with only airplanes, they'll just move around. Russia is getting better. Putin is a mixed bag of nuts. Putin is the male version of Hilary Clinton. I don't like him, but his actions are slick. However, i believe Russia's own military ego will be it's downfall.

shadow_world Daesh were not born from the CIA, or the US. However, there are people who have stepped behind them in the past and have thought up supporting them because of political interests, such as John McCaine, but Daesh themselves gained their power through their declaration of a new Caliphate, the ultimate Caliphate. Such so that the Taliban, an actual US creation, even hate Daesh. So does Al Qaeda. Daesh got their weapons from Iraqi forces who ran for their lives in the face of them. They retreated, allowing them to get weapons, and even at one point, access to the Mosul Dam. And yes, i'm pretty sure at some point they seized supplies from the US directly, or by over running US backed rebels, AKA, the Peshmerga and YPG/YPJ Kurdish Warriors. But Daesh is NOT made by the US. Stop saying that shit, it's not true at all.

+Veronika Mars dead wrong. ISIS wasn't even its own branch until after the U.S. Left. When everyone in the U.S. Voted foolishly to bring their kids home as if it was some Boy Scout mission. Soldiers came home, not long after ISIL or, Daesh... Became a splinter group of Al Qaeda. When this happened, Daesh made a massive push around Iraq, pushing back Iraqi forces and taking their gear, that of which was US gear. Iraqi's were seen and reported internationally, fleeing from Daesh's advances, up until they captured the Mosul dam, which then at that point, the entire U.S. Population realized they fucked up pulling out. After pushing them from Mosul, they pushed to Syria, an already crumbling nation in civil war. Daesh is less a U.S. Creation though, as it's now more of a pawn of Erdogan, Turkey's President, to help weaken and destroy the Kurdish population outside of Turkey. Thus why they are defying the U.S. In every way to help fight Daesh themselves, and instead, fight Kurds at every way
