I don't see anything but corruption. Making the world better? More like making billionaire companies bigger, advancing technologies to benefit certain people's investments and so on. No real context otherwise is presented. They were not even allowed into most of the places there and also no real interviews but a few opinions by some of the few real people (except the first Indian guy, he's a well known scam artist), who also say that there is a problem, that no one wants to deal with. The first step is acknowledging the problem, but not a soul in the elite give a fuck about fixing it. It's simply, money. I bet on humanity that Rhett will find a way to make this new environmental deal, a lucrative one.

+derty.QWERTY42°N I can believe that. He spent 20-40k to travel to the expo, and doesn't even talk about anything but "partying". Absolutely brilliant. What's also sad is no Media Coverage in most of the events? Hmmmm, we all know what that means.

There are bigger more important things to cover. You have a problem with VICE trying to find out what the elite are gathering to accomplish? Then you are the problem, not VICE.

+flyer95311 what is socialism?

+Oliwier EB I don't hate Bolsheviks. I hate Stalin's greed for power that fueled the wars that have continuously destroyed the rest of the world.

+John C. Here is good question. In a socialist environment, what happens when the poor are given a chance to earn, and eventually, everyone works just as hard and earns the same amount. Who takes the money and gives it to who?

+John C. You are right, and wrong. Funny thing is the world isn't as simple as you make it. Sure, not everyone works hard for no reason... But some people do. Most work hard because there is reason to, but not all of that is due to money. Back to Socialism... Does Socialism actually mean taking from the hard working? Let's take Bernie for example, a U.S. senator, says he will take money out of Politics. He says he would also tax ( I guess you can say take) income for people earning more than 180-250k a year. So basically... Rich people. The people who have so much excess money they don't even know what to do with it. Bernie is a socialist, but from what I have understood about him is that he isn't willing to go full scale socialist based on what you am have told be socialism is. In other words, only using socialist ideas in certain ways in order to help the economy, not destroy it.

+John C. +John C. I don't think you understand right. For example, Senator Bernie Sanders says he will take money out of Politics. Why should we trust him? There's no reason, but there's one thing you can't deny. Sanders is a working man. He is middle class, and not backed by big buck political money. It's people like him who will remove the Governments ability to do what it wants with everyone's money. They governments haven't balanced a budget because of war. War to governments means free money. They seem to pull money from absolute nowhere to find these massive war projects. People like senate Trump, say that they would expand military spending ten fold and create the most massive military in the world. In short... Socialism isn't that bad, compared to more extreme forms of Capitalism, which is what you sound like your more worried about.

***** It's both. War is one of the biggest. Where do you think all that money goes and comes from? They print it to use it on buying weapons that are ever more expensive. The men and equipment they operate are very expensive to maintain. That money hardly get's paid back for many reasons, because there are never enough investors to pay back the money. They will continue to inflate the hell out of the debt because everyone knows that amount of money will never be paid off.
