  2. Xan Carti Black and Latino? I don't think it's an ethnic thing, i think it's more of a class thing. For example, gangs are formed from people without an opportunity of way of life, so they cling to something that gives them strength to survive, and purpose. You however jumped straight to their ethnicity, a vastly uneducated move.
