They weren't fleeing the government. They were fleeing US, and Saudi backed Proxy forces, also known as ISIL and Al-Qaeda. The United States uses their proxies as an excuse to stay in Syria illegally. Russia and Syria obliterate them. So now they return, and they should. @qayn7617 no where did I say I support Assad. Do NOT twist my words. Once we get out of the sovereign affairs of Syria, then the Syrians can do what they wish, whether it be to keep Assad or not. That's their right, not yours, not mine. My right is to remove Trump, and elect someone who will get new pipes to flint so Americans can fucking drink clean water. To vote for the Green New Deal to replace the Permanant War Economy that's been turning the world against us. Bring billions of dollars back into OUR economy, fix our infrastructure, and serve the needs of our People!

The United States killed a Majority of Civilians, both through illegal sanctions which prevents government functions of getting vital supplies and products into the country, as well as by it's Air Raids like that of the Siege of Raqqa, and use of Proxy forces such as ISIL as pretext for indefinite illegal deployment without the approval of the People or Congress via. the Treasonous AUMF Act, which they are also now trying to use to set a stage for War with Iran. Also Treason. You are doing nothing but fooling yourself.

Do you really think after Americans were gunned down on US soil for protesting the illegal Vietnam War, we would forget how disastrous our foreign policy is? We've had dictators before, and we have one again. I don't need your arrogance. Countless journalists from Eva Barlette to even Tulsi Gabbard have GONE TO SYRIA on the ground and asked REAL Syrians how they feel about everything. Syrians have overwhelming expressed that they don't like Assad, but they will stand by him to death rather than being overthrown by the United States or any other foreign country. They don't mind the countries that were invited to help defend their sovereighty, but even they understand that at some point they must leave.

@yourmomshouse-k8k You're fooling no one. She never went back on her word because she never praised Assad to begin with. Everyone here can watch any interview she's had, especially the one with Joe Rogan who isn't an Oligarch tool, where she explicitly states she met Assad on a whim, but hear real goal was to meet with average Syrians which revealed time and time again, they stand by Assad as long as foreign countries are trying to gain influence and control over their sovereign state and it's internal affairs.
