Yet still this "militia" is no different from the militia's of Lebanon, Afghanistan, or even the United States Colonies before it's Independence. Get what I'm saying? The Militia is well regulated, and vital for the survival of its Democracy, and Venezuela has succeeded in defendeding it's revolution and it's Democracy, unlike the United States which caved to corruption and become a Orwellian Oligarchy.

@MK_ULTRA420 that would be funny if it were true. Gangs are not well regulated. They're created by lack of opportunity and crumbling education for young people in the West, also perpetuated by the fake "War On Drugs", which is just another term for "War On Terror", only used for the American Continent. Just a way for rich, old, perverted, racist men to exploit young disenfranchised people like the sick predators they are. Funny how the West is the first to claim greatness and Democracy when Venezuela had better Economics under Social Democrat Heugo Chavez, with unemployment and poverty in single digit numbers, something even the US can't achieve in it's wildest dreams.

@MK_ULTRA420 stop using talking points of the uneducated. Chavez and Maduro are two completely different individuals. Chavez brought greatness to Venezuela, even under pressure from Capitalist Oligarchies for nationalizing it's natural resources to the benefit of all its people. Venezuela was never a Socialist counry, but Chavez's Social Democratic policies made Venezuela the richest country on OUR continent. Richer than the US, and it's people lived well, which is why our rogue government and it's Oligarchs sought his Overthrow. Maduro is not as wise as Chavez, even if he wishes to be. But he doesn't have a choice because Chavez is no longer alive. Maduro must learn as a child would without his parents. It's a cold hard world. No one's perfect, and running a country while defending it from economic and covert siege is insane.

@Justin Smith I disagree. Even today they've continued to maintain order and defeat the Military and Intelligence Industrial Complex of the strongest Empire on earth. It's not the fact that they're a militia. It's the fact that they believe and stand by their own constitution for life, and till death. Venezuela is a pure example of what the United States should be, and Venezuela would still be the wealthiest country on the continent if the United States wasn't illegally waging Economic War in it. Were only harming their civilian population. We don't allow them medicine. We have become Nazi America, just because Venezuela wants sovereignty.

The opposition tried sabotaging the elections and then called foul as they called for the US Imperialism to come help murder their own people in the name of privatized profits for the Elite. @kurousagi8155 So let's pretend like prior to 2014, no one was attempting to interfere in Venezuela's affairs. Then it would still be the wealthy Nation Chavez left it, with lower Poverty and inequality than the United States. But that's a fantasy. It's not what happened. Yes, Venezuela's economic problems are about 40% of it's own making, heavily relying on mostly petroleum or heavy crude, and not much diversity there which allowed US allies in OPEC to flood the market with cheap Oil, thus creating MASSIVE inflation for Venezuela. Then throw on the Sanctions and Economic Embargo and watch Venezuela collapse while we sip our wine and shop on Amazon for the next coolest thing. Just have to wait till Maduro gives in or until his people get fed up from our Embargo and propaganda and get rid of Maduro for us like slaves.

@kurousagi8155 You know, you can't fool me that easily. Venezuela isnt a Socialist country. Never was. It's Capitalist. Socialism is what would save the country from imperialism, but that only works if other countries are free and capable of peaceful commerce with Venezuela, which the United States has made impossible. Saudi Arabia flooded the market to harm both Iran AND Venezuela. Saudi Arabia in OPEC is an arm of the United States. So the United States interested in overthrowing both Iran and Venezuela for the second time, is ALL IN on Saudi Oil flooding the market. Fun fact, because after the poorest nation of Yemen struck Saudi's oil field cutting their production by a whopping 10%, and 5% globally, Venezuela bounced back a little bit. So did Iran. Also I have the documents detailing the entire coup plot for Venezuela, so, yeah. No one is being fooled by this bullshit.

@ct918 Your only fooling yourself, because if you support a US Blockade that's exactly what's happening, with over 55,000 Venezuelan's already dead because of the sanctions. The US is the one that seized a shipment of food heading to Venezuela. They stop medicine from coming in Yet you blame your own government who is using social programs to feed the country regardless of the blockade? You're like a rat that supports the production of rat poisoning.

@VisibilityFoggy Last time I checked, winning an Election isn't stealing. Last time someone tried to steal an election and blame it on the winner, was actually the US 2016 Election. Trump stomped on Hillary because she rigged the election in multiple occasions, and got her ass beat. Just because you dont get what you want doesnt mean you resort to conspiracy theories. Maduro is the Democeatically elected President whether you like it or not. I'm not sure why you'd care so much unless you were a Venezuelan. But even then it's funny how some embrace the destruction of their own homeland just for political ends.

@Justin Smith The empire hasn't defeated any Militia. Not in Africa, not on the Middle East, not in Asia, and not even in Central America. Chavistas are strong and rightfully so. They exist to defend real Democracy.

@soxoses5904 no, that's bullshit. You're not going to sit there and ignore the fact that the Cold war was legitimately used to destroy Central and South American Socialist governments. The US propped up Dictators in place of Social Democracies. That doctrine hasn't changed, the only thing that has is the reason for toppling sovereign countries. Whether its Venezuela or Libya, it's impossible to support US intervention when you see what Libya is like now after "Freed and Liberated" them in the name of "Democracy". You want to talk about 30000 deaths? US sanctions already took over 50000 lives in Venezuela. Violence? How about when the opposition resorts to nothing but violence instead of dialogue with their Venezuelan brothers? I don't care what happens in Venezuela honestly, that's none of my business. It's not my country, the United States is my country. It doesn't matter if you're being eaten alive, it's not my obligation to come save you. I have my own problems within my own sovereign borders, are you going to come help me? You want to come fight a War for me? Send your kids to fight a War for me? No? Then DON'T ask me to. Fight your own War if you want, or, do the respectful thing and communicate with your own country. Have dialogue, walk the path of peace.
