In other words to go in and stop North Korea means North Korea unleashing suffering on everyone around them in response. Including chemical weapons and nuclear material. Best way around it is either peace negotiations or to wait out the Kim Dynasty and it's inner circle of military oligarchs. No other solution really unless you want the world's worst refugee and chemical crisis in history.
