  1. It's no longer the age of the Cold War. The Soviet Union and the United States caused this issue far back, when they decided to fight an indirect war. Instead of global destruction from nuke's, or peace, they chose a proxy war, tearing the Middle East and North Africa in the process, with their games. It is now time for the United States, and the Russian Federation, to fix this issue, together. As the creators of such an issue, it's only right that these new leaders find peace, and common ground, to solve this issue, and restore some kind of stability to the Middle East.
