  1. Think about this: 98% of the people you'll ever meet in life can have only a certain degree of intellectual range. As far as IQ test scores, they'll fall in between 80-130. That's only a 50 point variance. That's why most jobs don't directly test your intelligence. The boss doesn't want you knowing you may be smarter than he is.
