@buzzcutapp not true, we didn't just give old equipment, we also sent them brand new weapons and armored vehicles that the taxpayers paid for, and it also costs money to ship all the stuff over

homeless and addiction go hand in hand, if you provide opportunities, rehabilitation programs and a safe affordable place to live, most people will stop using drugs

@candylove49 yes, it shouldn't be a police or criminal matter, it should be a prerequisite mandate, for example if you want to apply for government housing you have to prove that you are not doing drugs on a regular basis
