@suzukirider9030 No, the autopilot is off and the wind will change speed and direction as the aircraft approaches the ground, so the crab angle is changing all the time. The pilot makes the adjustments without even thinking - you just focus on the runway center-line when visual. On an instrument approach the corrections are made by keeping the ILS localizer needle centered until the approach is visual.

@suzukirider9030 You are right, no math here, but for the flight test one has to know how to calculate a heading to correct for drift, and the crosswind component for landing, given a wind direction/speed. In reality, the wind is varying, especially near the ground, but any pilot knows how to allow for that.

Yes, but any pilot can look out the window and see if s/he is lined up with the centreline. The aircraft you learn in do not have FMCs, and also you have to calculate it for the flying licence examination.
