  2. This is not commanding respect, this is commanding fear! Tommy is a sociopath, no empathy, no fear, a loner, would kill without a qualm. Ideal for a secret agent or commando. Somebody you would want to work with or for? Somebody to lead your soldiers in wartime? Somebody you would want to survive a plane crash in the jungle or shipwreck on a remote island? Somebody you would leave your children with? A definite "No" to all those questions. This type of person is out for themselves alone, no respect for others, and use threats to force their way with others. This is not "charisma" this is coercive control. Hitler had it in spades...
