  2. There are certain ethnic groupings, races and religions around the world whose members are taught from an early age that somebody else is always responsible for their perceived misery. They perceive themselves as "victims" and never take responsibility for anything in their lives. Welfare States encourage this behaviour and create an even greater dependency culture.
