  1. The problem starts early with some career advisor saying "you can be anything yu want, the world is your oyster". This is unrealistic rubbish and gives young people a sense of entitlement. We can not be "anything we want", we have to manage our expectations like we manage money and relationships. Dreams are just... dreams!
