  1. Sadly in Australia unless you will interupt your trip range closer to 600 plus km is needed. I drive a 4wd with range of over 1200km per fillup so even range of normal fuel cars seems short. Even 45 years ago I had a two stroke Suzuki with 300km range and that was awkward on many trips. Electric vehicles are two short on range. There are inland highway streches of over 400km betwen fuel stops
