  1. Yes, as defined in the national anthem "LAND OF DROUGHTS AND FLOODING RAINS..." Certainly yet another extreme instance of floods with considerable loss of lives, and even greater property losses. These people need much assistance and it is not yet finished. More coming in both Queesland and NSW.
