  2. In USA the Northern Lights were visible in Alabama, Texas. Our Aurora Australis was visible to NSW southern sections at least, have no info about highr to northern NSW. Such strong Auroras are when the sun has major storms, Coronal Mass Ejections, which directed at Earth cpuld cause power network damage and destroy satellites. In this case there was no damage zi am aware of only very strong lights show. Have had such a few times during the repeated high numbers, solar spot cycles on 11 yr cycle
