  1. He is 150% right. You can only succeed by applying yourself to achieve what YOU want to achieve. No one else can change what you are and achieve NO one ows you anything, YOU get according to your input, do nothing and get nothing. Definitely nothing wrong not having that Doctorate at upper education, in fact those people generally can not lead a life without dependance on people just working with their natural manual abilities. They rely on the plumber, electrician gardener sales assistant, etc. Do what you are good at, what you enjoy. Nothing is worse than choosing work based only on what MONEY you can get but absolutely hate that job, and worse a job that you really have no ability in.
