  2. None 9f such expensive places would be of 8nterest even if I had half a billion dolars. These are not livable places. Yes la4ge garage, boat, beach 8nternal cinema are all nice, but all able to be arranged 2ithout a high cost maintenance like these. Location is all good but does nothing for actual life. The annual costs far exceed even most rich peoples income. Only as investment, in future even higher selling price could even superich justify holding such property. Also pose value, for self important types. Give me an open bit of land with forest, grass, lake, river or even at a beach front, but available open space, with reasonably spacious home. Far more interesting and liveable.
