I have had similar reaction from a Japanese test engineer, driving a normal road car, V6 engine, around Sandown circuit not even at racing speeds but just squealing road tyres at not exceptional above road speeds. Only drifted one longer sweeping bends, hard braking late before most turns. He went straight to the rest room from the car.
