  1. Seems to have needed mirrors and lights, but exhaust note/noise is probably NOT street legal. However the low slung clearance is unlikely to manage normal road conditions, it would bottom out too frequently on normal road conditions. No speed humps, even shallow dips on cross roads , road repair patches sunken down and certainly trouble with occasional stuff lying on roads.

  2.  @edwardfletcher7790  thank you, suspected that but it seemed to be fitted with street type accessories, though I only saw the video on a mobile phone so smallish screen. Noise wnd ground clearance were already making street use impossible. But have seen some very iffy vehicles on roads in Europe.
