  1. Looks to me that the vehicles are road registered standard vehicles. Unlike the US where extremely modified vehicles seem to be allowed on roads many countries have very tight controls on modifications deviating from manufactured, homologated, meeting regulation standards. No major lift no big fat tyres, engine modifications. Very limited changes from manufacturer delivered form

  2.  @TheBlackD  that maybe so, but I do not recall ever seeing vehicles on huge mud tyres, superwide and huge diameter, i.e. monster truck style, raised to the point of needing a ladder to enter the vehicle as are seeing on US roads. Nor big paddle tyres. Cars with hydrolic lifters, go dancing on the road bobbing up and down
