  1. I am no fan of any of these, but Marmite is a NEVER. Promite not tried, and vegemite in moderation, but mainly on toast with a slice of cheese, a typical soft cheese slice like added on a hamburger, say Cheddar, Swiss or similar. Spread a thin Vegemite on it similar to adding it on butterrd toast. Had an amusing photo in our newspaper today. Our prime minister is in the US meetong with Biden and UK prime minister Johson, on the new neuclear submarine deal. The photo was of a dinner of our PM Morrispn greeting UK Johnson. Amusing was in the photo is seen a pack of TimTam being given to Johnson. So even at high political level these are a treat readily shared. I do not know if Biden was given some too, I suspect quite possibly.
