  3. That has to be facked blue, as the lake is very clear water. It is a deep volcanic cone filled by natural ground water level and is in fact connected under ground to a nearby other cone lake, but that is always BROWN, and with few exceptions the BLUE lake remains blue virtually all the time. More distinct in bright sunlight.
