Only the timing was bad for you, with COVID being a unknown factor. There are many long running businessses that have died due to COVID, that have no changes to blame for downward spiral. You have survived inspite of COVID, and have opportunity to improve current state. Yes it may need to srep back, but you have the go and drive to recover, even if new move is demanded. NY has a big problem due to excessive realty costs, and bad case of greed by property owners, that will yet cause more businesses to suffer. You have previously stated the rediculous costs of realty many times.
