  1. Maybe the basement had mouldy panelling around and to get it cleaned up it was stripped out and was never completed to repanel.

  3. Upton 10mins I get the impression that this estate sale is one I mentioned earlier as rarely available as snapped up by extended family or friends after someone passed on. Compared to the prior two I commented on this looks absolutely terrific. At that price I suspect it is a rare bargain in the NY area. Clean, no major issues seen in the early video, will resume watching.

  4. If you are serious, this compared to the two prior ones I saw on your videos, this is one not to miss. I suspect it will be quickly snapped up and no longer available. I can not imagine a better offer in NY .
