  1. Sea levels are NOT rising Netherlands is sinking as its land is drying out! Any former flooded soil areas will sink after water level is removed, after initial rise as water mass is absent, the now drying land areas will contract sinking it all.

  4.  @Brozius-Tulipboy  if the Gulf stream ceases feeding the North sea, yes. The position in latitude will place Europe in equivalent situation as Northern Canada. Have a look at a globe. Beware of climate change altering the ocean currents!. That will make h7ge changes of climate paterns. Of course this WALL plan must be a hoax, nobody would realisticly suggest such stupidity.
