It's surprising how you totally omitted the vicious reaction of German politicians and German media against Macron's comment. Way harsher than the US sides reactions. Wow. Why is objectivity such a difficult thing when people are talking about the USA.? I'm French btw
35
@apfeltpunkt2053 I'm French. You really think Americans are more arrogant than us ? Or you just have a complex vis-a-vis the Americans that makes you feel they are arrogant ? You do not have that complex with the French so you do not feel or get pinched by our higher arrogance. The problem is you not the Americans. If Europeans had the kind of power Americans have, our arrogance would have been terrible. Ask the africans and the asians

@piccalillipit9211 You claim to be german but you call containing russian aggressiveness in Europe with less US presence a dirty job ? In other words, it should be America's job ? Why not Mexican or Brazilian job while you are at it ? Even African countries are not so psychologically dependent on their former colonies as germany is on the US. When Trump tried to withdraw some American troupes in germany, there was like a nervous break down in the germans. Now you are insulting Trump who had asked for the 2% and who warned germany about their dependence on russian oil. Germans never saw these 2 things. And you think germans are smarter than Trump ?

Great observation. Right on point. I watched a video here from the Franco-German TV station called Arte. It's in French the title translation is "When Siberia becomes chinese again". The work ethics of the Chinese and Russians in Siberia is making a massive difference in Siberia in the favor of the Chinese there.
4
@lmgpro Thanks for thanking Americans for us.
3
@paxamericania5923 Was all American allies always there for America ? NO.
3
@dumbr457 It's called a pavlovian reaction. An instinctive reaction. You are so into blaming America and Americans that even if you had paid attention and I'm sure you did, your brain will still refuse to see it. The intense and blinding desire to blame America and/or to go on a moral lecturing trip will will just lead you on. You had the ejaculatory sensation with your moral lesson lecturing. That was all your brain needed. It's like a shot of tabbaco for smokers. Try figuring out yourself how you can control that urge.

The USA never reacted to Macron's comment
3
I do not think so. Hungarians voted for him several times. And from what I heard h he is popular in his country .
3
Does Putin also have a plan to replace the Euro?
2
@GothPaoki Your little take's surprisingly full of bs. WW2, happened because after WW1, the US left. After WW2 ended, they stayed behind this time. Result: Almost 80 years of peace and SUPER prosperity in Europe like in no other time since the last 1200 years. Yes. Europe has not had consecutive 80 years of peace in 1200 years except the one provided by the USA since the end of WW2. Let me not go into the Marshall plan and the annex favors that made West Europe over-distance soviet controlled East Europe by far far far.
2
@dumbr457 Did you read him carefully or are you on home made vodka, comrade ? He called Europe the big brother not the USA. That could be because of History certainly not because of vision and intelligence. A nation with 250 years of non-stop democracy and only one Constitution all these centuries, certainly was blessed with visionary leaders unlike anything any european country has ever had.
2
@varieedeventualii So they have to push ''really'' for it. Because we are irresponsible kids, right ? We European should be ashamed of ourselves in this issue, yet we have the gumption to still blame those who spent their money and time and lives to protect us.
2
@varieedeventualii Do you know the level insults Trump got for insisting on that 2% ? Yet you think Americans did not push enough. This demand on europeans to spend enough for their defence actually started with Einsenhower. That's about 70 years ago. It was called ''burden sharing''. European adamantly refued, prefering massive investment on social security etc... And yet here you blame the Americans yet again. Americans are REALLY a naive lot. No European people can consent to the sacrifice they made for Europe since 1945 and still get criticized at every turn. None. Look at Germany reluctance to help since the beginning of this tragedy in Ukraine. Or France 0 military help before and since this war started. We just think we are smart and cunning.
2
@GothPaoki Another russian troll high on adulterated vodka
2
@piccalillipit9211 ''This is so true. If Germany had armed up to 2% or 3% of GDP in 2000 the world would have had a seizure... '' Absolutely not. For 70 years since Eisenhower, the Americans have been asking Germany to increase it budget. She refused. In France, we hardly contained our anger over germany conveniently hiding behind her criminal past to let others including France do the heavy lifting in protecting germany.
2
@GothPaoki russian dummy can't tell I'm French. Yes, there are lots of French historian who said that Americans were asked to stay after WW1 by SOME Europeans while other Europeans though it was not necessary. Had they stayed, there would have been no WW2. That's their rightful conclusion, comrade ruskoff. The re-occupation of the Rhineland by Germany would not have taken place. And if this SINGULAR act was prevented, Hitler would have gone no further. BTW, Hitler admitted this fact.
2
@English_Dawn Those you are talking about, you will surprised to find that 99% are russians. In France we have about 400k russians here. Some have been here for decades, Some even adults were born here. They are like paranas on all forums dissing the US and backing or sparing tyrannical and decrepit russia. Do not get fooled.
2
Who are the main globalists?
2
@dererik9070 Putin? Of course.
2
Exactly. This theme has been trending widely online for quite a while now but surprisingly and in each and every one of them, the Euros is royally ignored. It seems sexier to them to overmention the far away Chinese currency. I came to the conclusion that these videos are principally to entertain people rather than inform them.
2
Where did you get all these figure about russia, France and the UK military spending ? Boy, are they SO wrong.
1
@leinad2934 You can't be Anglos if you are American. Or Indians and Singaporeans are Anglos. Or are they to you ?
1
@miguelpadeiro762 Many of you are obsessed with Americans. Why? They are more retired French, Germans or even Dutch than Americans in Portugal yet you cite them as the main guys exploiting people in that country or inflating housing prices. (Conveniently forgeting the russians). People's innate obsession with America and Americans never ceases to amaze me. I'm French. It's the same here btw.
1
@miguelpadeiro762 I don't know about the Portuguese but French and the German medias are mightily obsessed by the USA and Americans. And they wouldn't be if the people themselves were not.
1
Typical anglosaxon's passion for hyperbole. "Could spiral into WW3... With potentially catastrophic consequences". You just couldn't help yourself. Fear mongering and the constant use of exaggerated hyperbole seem to be a mainly anglosaxon journalists' user manual's 101.
1
@bottleofwatero1 What do you want them to say. They know Macron is a joke. They saw how Macron reacted or rather his lack of reaction when Russia invaded Ukraine. German defense minister has joined the massive number of Germans elite members who condemned Macron's comment.
1
@piccalillipit9211 You are NOT German, Mr Picaliliev
1
@piccalillipit9211 Piccalilievitch: You just described Putin's russia with this below ''This is the list of contributing factors to societal collapse: Plague / disease Y Environmental change Y Massive wealth inequality Y Loss of the administrative class Y The government stops governing Y Attack from the outside - now includes cyber attack Y Loss of faith in the political system Y Economic collapse Y Exposed obvious corruption Y Crumbling infrastructure Y Mismanagement of a crisis Y Societal division Y Loss of belief in the unity of the society Y Restriction of international trade / loss of trade agreements Y Increased isolationism Y Rising internal violence Y Excessive spending on military / arms race Y Inability to maintain the currency - hoarding / devaluation / hyper inflation Y''
1
@apfeltpunkt2053 Lol. Look who is talking. The US needs a leader that will act towards russia as your Schroeder ? Your super great political system and society gave Europe 97 neo-nazis in the Bundestag the german parliament. This is unique in the western world. Only in russia do you have so much extremes and far-right nationalists in the parliament. I could go on but Germans have always blinding thought their system is perfect and superior. Nothing can open their eyes. Just let it not degenerate like in the 30s. The possibility is there. BTW, what has germany really done for the US since the last 250 years that gives germans the right to think Americans should be and act as the germans want ? BTW, there are more racist attacks on foreigners in germany than in any western country BUT german press never really talk about it. Meanwhile they are obsessed with the US so much that US is massively present in the german media 24h a day 365 days a year.
1
I hope you include Putin among the globalists. If not, you are either naive or ignorant.
1
Putin is one of the top of the top globalists in the world.
1
@dererik9070 Putin is among the top globalists.
1
@dererik9070 Lol. He's one of the toppest-globalists in the world today. Do you want proofs?
1
As an Anglo-saxon country, there is no need. The UK, the USA, Canada, Australia...got her back whatever the circumstances.
1
Le Pen has been steadily rising since decades way before Marine. How old are you?
1
@Liminal_Simulacre I made a slight mistake. I meant Le Pen's right-wing party has been growing steadily since the early 80s. Le Pen's father arrived at the second round of a presidential election during Chirac.
1
Those living in France are all over the net trolling and supporting and justifying Putin and his war in Ukraine.
1
@nineviaaware4910 Yes. When you come from a backward totalitarian country where 75% support the war crimes their country is committing in another country.
1
These laws are fair. Nothing is worth the security of a country bordering russia. Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova... can testify to this.
1
France has abandoned Taiwan before the 1st shot
1
That's a total lie. I'm saying this as a French.
