@Bloodlinedev ""hey, US or EU could have given these people money for lesser conditions but they didn't." So much contempt in your comment. Africans are not beggars, Mr Cheng.

@akashpatra4355 I thought the same. Russian bots do that a lot, I would say DAILY. What I find fascinating is that they all think claiming to be no other but Americans gives more weight or whatever to their comments. This is mindboggling. Lowkey, the chinese and the russians unconsciously do put Americans way up on a pedestal above the rest of us common mortals.

@Bloodlinedev I doubt that you are from Germany. BTW, why EU and the USA in your initial comment? Why not russia? Do you prefer what Russia is doing in CentralAfrican Republican with the Wagner mercenaries to the "Grants from the US" as you put it? And why would a pseudo german give the so called US grants as an example or as a reference and not German grants that are even less friendly ? It's like a German criticizing Belgium's deplorable acts in the Congo while totally being ignorant of German racist crimes in Namibia.

@Bloodlinedev A comic. Russians are not doing anything thing with grants in Africa. Russia is too poor for that. Russia is just hooking with corrupt elements in some of those countries to discreetly steal their natural resources. In Central African republic, Russians use Evgeni prigojyn's Wagner group. They kill the opponents of the government in power. And in exchange they are giving mining concessions in the bush...especially diamond mines. The Kremlin is making pretty big amounts of money billions of dollars, from this arrangement. Last year or before, a group of 3 independent Russian journalists went to Bangui the capital of Central African republic to investigate and write about the crimes of the Kremlin backed Wagner mercenaries in that country. Guess what happened to them? They got slaughtered all 3 of them by the same Wagner mercenaries on the order of Prigojyn. Since Russia has been in that country, the country has grown even poorer. Not one single km of road or classroom or hospital block has been built by the Russian or even just with their help. None. On the other hand, they have provided military helicopters, tens of thousands of guns especially AK47, hand grenades, personal mines etc...
