For those who don't understand, 1870 was the first major war between Germany and France. It was followed by 1914 and 1941. France is the only country in the world that got attacked and invaded 3X in under a century (100 years).

The USA never ran away from Afghanistan, duummby. What happened between the 15th and 30th of August 2022 was the evacuation of 110000 Afghan civilians. The USA army had left 2 months before. It had to come back to evacuate the family of those who worked with the allies for 20 years.

@stefan5730 Some here have been shouting "Elsass Frei" since the last 80 years. It changes nothing. Germany should think about getting Konigsberg back before thinking about Alsace and Lorraine.
