  1. It's not new at all. It's a common occurrence. Almost yearly. It just that global press does not talk hysterically about these when they happen in Europe.

The Dutch have too much class than to compare their country or talk condescendingly about some infrastructure in other and often far superior countries. BTW, how is the infrastructure in russia doing or do they even have any ?
