Your russian trolling view is too simplistic. 1 - The Kazakh guy asked help from an organization she belongs and that china is not a member. 2 - China is not interested in sending her soldiers to go and kill protesting citizens of a foreign country in their own country. She leaves that to rogue countries such as russia. The normal citizens of that country won't forget their dead ones in the hands of russian soldiers. 3 - For reconstruction, economic help and employment opportunities, Kazakstan is dependent on China not poor russia.
