Even on the day the world was talking about the attempted coup in Germany, German media like Der spiegel was talking about things in the USA and also about Britney. The Germans are obsessed, I mean INFATUATED with the USA and Americans. It's frightening.

BTW, there way more chinese, Indians, Brazilians, Russians, Romanians, Albanians, Turks etc... in prisons outside of their countries

You think America is a god country that can do anything and everything? Do you think Russia is a country America can hand twist if Russia refuses to let that guy go ? Some of you should descend back to earth. Grow up and face reality. The USA is not god. The USA cannot do it all. Finally, it's dumb to think having served in the military gives someone special rights over ordinary citizens who serve their country too in other fields and in other ways. None is superior to the other. If that was the case, that would be millions of Americans considered as special because they once served in the military of their country. In France my country and in Europe, there is no special regard or consideration or treatment for those who served in our military. There are 100% like every other citizen. They are also well paid. They can quit when their contract finishes or they can sign to extend their stay in army. No obligation. The choice is theirs. Here in France and in most of Europe, It's just a job like any other. This way of thinking that serving in the army is special and the millions of those who once served in the army are special and should regarded and treated in a special way is childish. No pedestal for those who serve in the army in France and in Europe.
