  1. You forgot one thing that went un-noticed. About 2 weeks ago, china and Turkmenistan re-enforced their military alliance. This was done after the meeting of high ranking defense official of the 2 countries. This was on CGTN in french. This happened in the middle of russian brutal involvement in Ukraine. I should add that China has not been forthcoming as a help for russia following the massive sanctions against it. China refused to release the equivalent of 90 billion dollars of russian reserve in Yuan. China refused to supply russia with plane spare parts. China decoupled the ruble from the Yuan resulting in a quick and violent fall of the ruble to the yuan etc...
