Yes the USA has a pacific coast just like Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Panama, Colombia, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico and Canada too. What's your point ? Even russia on the other side has a pacific coast too. Russia meets ALL the requirements to be part of this accord NOT the USA. Yet everybody seems OBSESSED with only the US not being part of a regional trade accord where it does not belong. Crazy !!!!!!!!!
