Even the chinese now make better bombers than russia. 2 - Russia supported China during the 1962 india-china war. 3 - India is more powerful economically than russia. India can build good bombers in a few years if it sets its mind on it. BTW, russia has not built any bomber since the end of the soviet union. All russian bombers are INHERITED from the soviet union. Inherited like giving free to russia. Even maintaining them is a problem for russia. Just like it's inherited soviet aircrafts carrier that it cannot maintain. Russia just let it rot away.
