  2.  @onlyme219 Watch the cop in front of the African guy FIXING him intently. He is absorbing the African guy's state. It will determine his own state and reaction. With an african-american this encounter would have turned different. He would have been more tensed. Or whine about being profiled. Tensed body language sends the message that the other guy is having an effect you or is impressing you. This in turn encourages the other guy (the cop) especially the power-hungry ones to really act irrationally to impose his will or power. With the African guy, the cop in front of him can sense he is not impressing him one bit. This means a lot. Interact is about mind psychology, dude. State-of-mind psychology. Body language psychology.
