  1. 95% of the French do not speak any other language than French. I guess it does not matter to the world. 99% of chinese do not speak any other language than chinese. But What do you call a person that speaks a language: an American, of course. Does any other people matter enough to be cited here ?

  6.  @rtsharlotte  Only Valerie Giscard D'Estaing spoke German but that's because he was actually born in Germany. You are surprised ? Lol. What I find surprising is how so many people make so many outrageous and clearly false statements on things they know next to nothing about. BTW, many US presidents spoke other languages than English.
