Andrew loves saying Malaysia has great food. All dishes are 80% rice. I've spent a good amount of time in Malaysia. Japan and Korea have much more interesting, healthy, and tasty cuisine.

If you have $5MM or so NW, you can self-insure easily. Step your game up a bit, and health insurance won't be a factor. You get to choose the best, not cheapest, place to live.

@Emris88 I do. Will go to Penang next time. Malaysia also had a (unjustified) totalitarian military lockdown which Andrew conveniently never mentioned.

@Emris88 Japan, China, and Taiwan are all awesome. Phenomenal food, feminine and sweet women, great sites. Malaysia was expensive and hot for what it is. I'm also not a fan of military patrolling the streets because Covid.
