  1. How can you even have a pre-nup with a woman you date for 6 months and never plan on marrying? Common law marriage only kicks in at 5 to 7 years of LIVING TOGETHER and even then she has to prove in the court of law that she was instrumental in you acquiring your new assets and EVEN THEN if she can prove that she would get at most 50% of new assets acquired since common law marriage status but nothing before. What lawyer would even take that on? You would be laughed at.
