  2. My NW is $1.7MM. Mostly US real and cash. Growing. I wouldn't consider myself a 7 or 8 figure entrepreneur as I don't make 7 figures per year. In the US it's very normal and easy to legally pay $0 on real estate capital gains and income. I have done so for 10 years. Joe Biden won't touch the real estate tax incentives as all of the Democrat politicians own a lot of real estate.
