  3. @Notorious J Are you saying that Toronto is the only expensive city due to foreign investment? I am from Europe and lived in several countries before coming to Canada. I chose Calgary because Toronto is ridiculously expensive, considering that it's pretty much in the middle of nowhere. But the fact is - there are expensive cities in almost every country and there is nothing you and I can do about it. You can moan about Chinese, Russians, Arabs but it won't make any difference. Rich foreigners will always drive prices up in good cities.
