I always questioned how appraisals actually worked. You just proved it's often FRAUDULENT

THEY SHOULD NO LONGER BE BAILED OUT!!!!! MIDDLE CLASS IS SICK OF THIS B.S.!!!!
182
Haaa, we should trust Goldman Sachs of all companies. Remember 2007/2008. These investment banks are a significant part of the problem!!!!
93
Why are people so naive to think the Federal Reserve is here to "help" the middle class and working class?!
68
So how much aid in total have we given to Ukraine and Israel since the wars started? How much???? And how many people have been STRUGGLING to find a job for months on end and how many people are working 2-3 jobs just enough to pay all their bills again???
24
And corruption
23
I just wanna know what these big publicly traded corporations know amongst themselves that the public doesn't, about the economy. The executives and the Board knows SOMETHING that the public doesn't. Why are they all laying off simultaneously????
21
Can't wait for prices to drop 100k!
20
In our current society it's not just a FOMO issue, it's also keeping up with the Jones' and social media validation. Parents are coddling their kids waaaay too much leading to certain entitlements in the workplace, etc.
19
Meanwhile how much money are we giving to Israel and Ukraine???? Not saying we shouldn't but it is waaaay more than we need to and the the DOD budget is insane yet we cannot give aid to disaster relief in our own country is INSANE
18
That's rude
17
Sick of the gov't talking about birthrate decline. Well gee, what could be causing it? Million dollar question that a 5 middle school student could even answer! How much does it cost to have ONE child???? What income does ONE parent need to make to be living DECENTLY??? Or just enough to get by?? Tough questions, right????! Do the same "dunbfounded" responses come from those funding AI technology???
17
Cutting DEI initiatives is also a SCAPEGOAT. Give me a damn break! How many of the C suite executives, upper management are OVERPAID for what they do?! How many multiple excessive levels of management does a company need???
15
Maaaany ghost jobs/pretend jobs. Employers post "jobs" on their careers page but when you submit your application, it ends up in a black hole. My husband applied to a job for nearly a month and the status was pending that long until finally he got word that they decided not to move on :( waste of damn time!!!!
15
And the economy is STILL doing fabulous huh????
15
β€β€β€β€ greedy bastards
13
UPS layoffs AGAIN is a huuuuge warning about something really bad coming. Just like anything logistics related. Logistics is a NECESSITY for transportation of ALL goods so if they're even laying off staff that means they are aware of something crashing, etc.
12
You have a heart!!! If only there were more landlords in the world like you :)
11
Good I hope so because housing is unaffordable everywhere, COAST TO COAST and they need to drop the damn prices as well as rent prices!!!! HOW the hell does anyone work FULL-time and not be able afford basic ish?!?!?
11
But no need to disrespect anyone in the process
11
Govt is going to have to give housing vouchers to working AND middle class. That's exactly what's going to happen. Not tax credits because many don't even file! It won't work for eliminating property taxes because that is only EXclusive to homeowners and is NOT inclusive to those who are HOMELESS or brink of homelessness

You made a smart choice. Don't worry about the masses. If you think really about it, if you bought anytime after 2021 and you see what the data is showing, any idea how long it would take for the property to appreciate again after the value has steeply declined in this type of economy, over a small amount like 10%, if even? It's likely going to be way more than that. Think about how much overinflated prices have been...100k and more in some areas. There's no such thing as 100k plus in appreciation in just a few years especially when no remodeling is involved or any type of upgrades to the property. The prices make ZERO sense
8
Meanwhile . . . Profits went to the all the executives with fat raises!!!!!! Why isn't THAT being investigated?????? It's 2007/2008 all over again!!!!
8
How about interviewing the actual contractors that are doing work at these houses as you see them about what's going on with the homes sales - I'm sure they know some things
8
When THEY are a HUUUUUGE part of the problem!!!!! π‘π‘π‘π‘
7
The communities built make no sense. The houses literally sit on top of each other where the houses only have like 2 feet distance btwn each other. Who the hell wants to live in a house where you are practically living with your neighbors and "backyards" that are the size of a shoebox??
7
Yes don't but until you have enough saved up while you can! That is smart! ππ
7
100%!!!! HOA fees only continue to go up every few years and before you know it, it could be $500-$800/month! I've seen it. Equivalent to a monthly rent. Not worth it at all
7
Thr greed is so sickening
7
It's true!! These are the type of companies you DON'T want to work for. You are just a number to them.
7
Okay what about maintenance? When appliances break? Roof leaks? Mold damage? Termite damage? Taxes don't go up either? How much does electricity cost when owning a home?
7
Exactly π―π―π―π―π―
6
Hahaha power to renters!!!
6
Thank you for exposing the truth about the housing market and doing all the hard work and educating the public on this esp. considering what mainsteam media is not reporting/lying to us about, Travis!! You are a saint!
6
πππthe new home had me at hello!
6
Bottom line the feds did NOT raise interest rates fast enough when they dropped interest rates to near zero!!! It should have NEVER been that low to begin with!
6
If only it was expunged. Debt collectors will harass debtors about payment until it's paid off
6
Even with all this "construction" building, not sure how it changes affordability ?? Nothing has changed! It's STILL unaffordable! Many are just investment properties and just sit vacant until some naive person buys an overpriced home...so what is the point? All lies!! What we need is rent increase caps!! THAT is what makes it affordable or maybe vacancy taxes!
5
It's a casino for the banks with TAXPAYERS $ and it's the same people running the same banks as well! Some who have moved from public sector to banking and banking to public sector. REVOLVING DOOR. THESE BANK EXECUTIVES GET PAID WAAAAAY TOO DAMN MUCH FOR PLAYING WITH OUUUUUR MONEY
5
Stop lending $$$ to these builders PERIOD!!!!!!
5
What's going to pay for crumbling infrastructure???
5
Don't forget TAX SUBSIDIES FUNDED BY TAXPAYERS!!!!
5
π―π―π―
5
Welcome to Universal Basic Income for working & middle class
5
As I said before....what do these major companies know about the economy that is not public information??? Every few months we are hearing of massive layoffs, what do they know that the public doesn't?!!!! How are they all privy to know and why?!?!?! Why aren't we, the public, until AFTER the economy collapses and all the mass layoffs happen?!?!!
5

5
