  2. @realestatemindset I think inflation won't go down as long as we are supplying Israel and Ukraine with defense supplies, etc. that naturally increases U.S. productivity levels. Not saying anything politically but just something to consider Btw i always wonder how appraisers and realtors get rheir comps and appraisal value from. Obviousl the alpraiaers ard supposed be entirely independent of the bank but it almost seems as if theyre woeking closely together to get the highest value even though it may not be accurate and same for the comps from the realtor. Some are crooked and have no basis as to how they actually came up with their comparables as they're just looking to get a higher commission
