  1. If layoffs are worse NOW than 2009 that is a huuuuuuge signal that the economy is extremely bad!! That means it's going to take thaaaaaaat much longer for it to recover over the years.. It's called the TRANSFER OF WEALTH. the affluent are keeping $ in their pockets than keeping people employed.
