Also, a black hole cannot be smaller than the wavelength of any of the particles involved, otherwise the quantum nature of these particles would place them outside of the Schwarzschild radius, causing the particle to leave the black hole. This would cause the black hole to shrink because of the lost particle, cascading to a complete evaporation of the black hole.
