  19. Desantis has the luxury that the nomination is a fight he does not have to win. He can bow out and let Trump be the nominee. Trump will either lose in the general election, and have even less of a chance of beating Desantis in 2028, or he will win and be term-limited. Desantis can always run again in 2028.

  29. I suspect that the Jeffrey Epstein visitor list is being kept away from the public not only because of who's on it, but also because of who's not on it. As things stand, the FBI (or whoever has the list) can "leak" an enemy's name as being on the list, and continue to refuse to allow this fact to be independently verified. This will damage if not ruin the person targeted, and they will never be able to regain what they lost through the false leak. Once the list is publicized, this can no longer be done.
