  3. First of all she was hit by a car hello if she had a concussion this would explain a lot people who are hit they are confused and scared it look just like that she couldn't control her bike ,none of what the cops did made any sence.

She needed help not what was done to her ,she didnt need any of this done to her ,these cops are crazy !
